Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using PDF To Watch Reader Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
License
ZONESOFT S.R.L. grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use PDF To Watch Reader Pro on any Apple device you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms of Service and these Terms of Use.
Subscription & Billing
A subscription is required to access all features. The following auto-renewing subscription options are available:
Premium Monthly
Renews every 1 month
Premium Annual
Renews every 12 months
- Prices are displayed in the app at time of purchase and may vary by region.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings.
- No refunds are provided for the unused portion of a subscription period.
Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the app or any part of it
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Rent, lease, or lend the app to any third party
Your Content
You retain full ownership of all PDF documents you import into the app. We have no access to your documents. All files are stored locally on your device or in your own iCloud or Google Drive account.
Privacy
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Disclaimer of Warranties
PDF To Watch Reader Pro is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. ZONESOFT S.R.L. does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZONESOFT S.R.L. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the app.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania and the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Romania.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
